Organizing Rally Information

To            : Thor Motor Coach Owners Club Membership

Subject    :  Forming Rally - Tampa, FL, -

We are planning our first official rally, to be called the "Forming Rally". The purpose of this rally is officially establish our club. As many of you may already know, the idea was born in Nov. of 2013, when it was learned there was no club that allowed all Thor motor coaches to join. This club is designed to build a family of owners sharing similar experiences, issues and coaches. There are two main goals of this rally, and they are to (1) elected officers and (2) establish and vote on by-laws. We will also discuss setting up regions and whether we want to become a chapter of the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA).

The following information is provided as a guide, and nothing is set in stone, and can't be until we know for sure if there will be sufficient members registered for the rally. At the moment this is a social rally, however I am working on getting seminars in place. Again the seminars depend on the number in attendance. I have been in contact with several companies and they have expressed a willingness to attend and conduct a seminar. The following information is provided and a TENTATIVE schedule.
